Bipper Windshield Washer Heater Fault

I've got a Bipper too, and I had a similar problem last winter. I'd check the cable and plug connection to the heater first. Could be a simple fix, but it's annoying!

Thanks for the tip! Where exactly is that connection located? Is it easy to get to, or do I need to remove a bunch of parts?

It's a bit fiddly, near the washer fluid reservoir. Honestly, if you're not confident, it's probably best to get a workshop to check it. I ended up doing that in the end.
