Hey, thanks for your reply and your advice! That sounds like a real repair odyssey. It's especially good that you pointed out this point about the turbocharger again. Can you remember how much you ended up paying for the repair? Did anything else crop up afterwards or has everything gone smoothly since then? Thanks again!

Hey, no problem, always happy to help! Well, I had to pay a lot for the repair of the turbocharger, but it was worth it. But you know what? Since I've been to the mechanic, the car has been running like a kitten. Tell me, your problem was the sensor in the low-pressure fuel system, wasn't it? I had that once too. They replaced the low-pressure fuel sensor and it cost me €172 at the time. But since then everything has been running great and the sensor works perfectly. I hope this helps you - don't mess with it yourself, get a specialist to do it. It's worth it.

Hey, that sounds like a satisfactory outcome, even if the initial costs were high. The important thing is that your car has been running perfectly ever since. To be honest, I would never have thought of doing it myself! I think I'll follow your advice and take my Audi to a specialist. The cost of the fuel low pressure sensor still sounds reasonable. Thanks again for your help and advice. Have a good trip with your kitten!

Hi, I had a similar problem with my 2013 Audi A6. The "Check Engine" light was also on, with similar symptoms to yours, including smoke and jerky acceleration. It wasn't a sensor problem, but a defect in the turbocharger. Unfortunately it wasn't a small problem, the whole job took almost a week. My mechanic had to take the turbocharger completely apart and partially replace it. So don't jump to conclusions, there could be something bigger behind it. You should definitely take it to a trustworthy mechanic who knows Audi well. Have it checked before you drive any further, it could cause serious engine damage. Hope this helps you. Good luck!
