Your story kind of reminds me of what's happening to my A1 right now. It's good to know that it might not just be the lambda sensor heater. Do you happen to remember how much the repair cost you?

Cost: €155 for the repair of the lambda sensor cable. Let us know how it turns out! Good luck!

Thank you for your helpful answer! 155€ for the repair doesn't sound too bad either. I will definitely mention this to the mechanic and have him check whether the problem with my A1 could also be with the turbocharger or the lambda sensor heater. Thanks again for the tip!

Hi, sure, I totally understand what you mean. I had almost the same problem with my 2015 Audi A4 petrol engine. I was initially told it was probably a problem with the turbocharger. My garage then ran numerous tests until they luckily found out that it was just the lambda sensor heater. In any case, keep your fingers crossed that it's not the turbo, otherwise it will be expensive. Good luck!
