Hi, thanks for the info, that sounds very helpful! Do you happen to remember how much the repair cost? After the repair, did anything else come up or has everything been running smoothly since? Greetings back!

Hello, I'm glad I could help! The repair of the lambda sensor cost €375. That was a hefty sum, but it was worth it, since then my Talisman has been running perfectly again. The guys in the workshop did a great job and fixed the fault in the mixture control (mixture too lean). Since then I have had no further problems. So everything is in the green zone for me. I hope it works the same for you and your Koleos will soon be fit again! Greetings!

Hello, thanks for the quick reply! It's good to know that there were no additional problems after the repair and that your Renault is running smoothly. I also hope that the price for my repair will be around the same range. I will take my car to the garage tomorrow and hope for a smooth solution. Thank you so much for your help and for sharing your experiences. It has helped a lot! Greetings!

Hello, I may be able to help you a little further, as I had a similar problem with my Renault Talisman, built in 2018. The engine warning light also came on and the car jerked when accelerating. It turned out that the lambda sensor was faulty. Just as you suspect, the mixture control was no longer correct and the mixture was therefore too lean. A visit to the workshop solved the problem. The guys there replaced the broken lambda sensor and after that my Renault ran like clockwork again. It wasn't fun, I'm telling you. But in the end it was a relatively simple fix and everything has been running fine ever since. I hope this helps you and you'll soon have a carefree drive again! Greetings!
