Blazer Headlight Washer Failure
Summary of the thread
A 2018 Chevrolet Blazer owner experienced a failure in the headlight cleaning system, which coincided with the windshield washer system also stopping. Initial checks for hose blockages revealed nothing, leading to suspicions about the pump's cable connection or a relay issue. After further investigation and suggestions, it was confirmed that a faulty cable connection to the pump was the cause, and the issue was resolved at a repair shop.

Thanks for the suggestion! I did check the fuses, and they all seem to be fine. No warning lights either, which is even more confusing. Could a faulty relay cause both systems to fail without triggering a warning?

It's possible a relay could fail in a way that doesn't trigger a warning, but it's not super common. Given both systems are down and the fuses are good, a defective pump connection is still a likely suspect. Honestly, at this point, checking all those connections thoroughly or a trip to the workshop might be your best bet.

Appreciate the input. I did end up taking it to a shop. Turns out it was indeed a faulty cable connection to the pump, as suspected. Repair cost me about 165€. Thanks again for pointing me in the right direction!

Interesting. The headlight washers and windshield washers share a pump, so a single failure point makes sense. Have you checked the fuse for the washer system? It's often overlooked. And are you getting any warning lights on the dash?
