Blazer TPMS Fault
Summary of the thread
A 2020 Chevrolet Blazer owner experienced a persistent 'Tire pressure too low' warning and error message, likely related to the Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS). The issue was suspected to be a sensor fault, possibly due to a depleted sensor battery. After consulting a workshop, it was confirmed that the sensor battery was indeed depleted, and the issue was resolved through replacement and recalibration.

I haven't checked the individual sensor readings. I'm not familiar with that procedure. Can I do it myself, or should I see a technician? The error is persistent; it's on all the time.

Given the persistence of the error, it mirrors my experience. You could check the sensors yourself with the right tools, but since the error is constant, the sensor battery is likely empty. A workshop visit might be best. It sounds like a TPMS issue for sure.

Based on your recommendation, I took the vehicle to my trusted workshop. You were right; the tire pressure sensor battery was depleted. The replacement and recalibration cost 280€.

I had a similar issue with my Blazer. Have you checked the individual sensor readings? Sometimes, one sensor will fail while the others are fine. This sounds like the air valve sensor fault I encountered. Is the error persistent, or does it come and go?
