Blower motor failure on Mercedes B Klasse
Summary of the thread
A 2020 Mercedes B Klasse hybrid with nearly 300,000 km has a non-functional fresh air blower and an error message. The primary suspect is the blower motor, although a faulty blower motor resistor or a blown fuse could also be causes. After checking the fuses and confirming they are intact, the likely solution is replacing the blower motor, leading to a workshop visit for repair.

Fuse I hadn't thought of that Where would I find this fuse If the air circulation is set to automatic could that cause any issues Maybe it's just being lazy and not starting when it should

The fuse box location should be in your owner's manual As for the air circulation setting if it's on auto and the blower isn't working it's unlikely to be the cause The auto setting just controls when the system switches between fresh air and recirculated air Given the error code and lack of blower function I'd say you're probably looking at a dead blower motor I ended up going to a workshop

Could be the blower motor resistor but with an error code and no fan the motor is the prime suspect I had similar symptoms with my B Klasse though mine's an older model Did you check the fuse It's a long shot but worth a quick look Where's the air circulation set
