BMAX Tire Pressure Warning
Summary of the thread
A 2015 Ford BMAX owner is experiencing a persistent tire pressure warning despite manually confirming correct tire pressures. The issue is suspected to be a faulty tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) sensor, possibly due to a dead sensor battery. After consulting with a garage, it was confirmed that the sensor was indeed faulty, leading to its replacement.

Thanks for the reply. I've checked them twice now with a digital gauge and they are all spot on. Is there a way to confirm it's the sensor without just replacing them?

Okay, if you're certain about the pressures, then it's highly likely to be a sensor issue. Unfortunately, without specialized tools, it's difficult to pinpoint which sensor is failing. I'd recommend taking it to a workshop; they can diagnose it properly. I ended up replacing all of mine as a precaution on my previous car.

Thanks for the advice. I took it to a local garage, and they confirmed it was a faulty sensor with a dead battery. Ended up costing me 280€ to replace. Appreciate the help!

Could be a faulty sensor. But are you sure the pressures are correct? Sometimes a small difference can trigger the warning. I had a similar issue on my old Mondeo, and it turned out one tire was losing pressure very slowly due to a nail. Double-check all your tires carefully before assuming it's the sensor.
