BMAX Washer Fluid Sensor Issue
Summary of the thread
A 2017 Ford BMAX diesel owner is experiencing a persistent 'washer fluid low' warning despite the washer fluid being full, and the windshield washer system is non-functional. The issue is identified as a faulty sensor in the wiper system, which stores an error in the vehicle's memory. The recommended solution is to have the sensor checked and replaced at a workshop, which resolved the problem for another owner with a similar issue.

Yeah, that's the thing! Error stored in the error memory. So, what was it in your case?

Okay, so it sounds exactly the same. Honestly, I messed around with it for a bit and then just took it to a workshop. Turned out to be some sensor issue with the wiper system. Wasn't a massive job, but beyond my skills.

Cheers for the heads up! Sounds like a plan, straight to the shop it is then. It was just a faulty sensor in the end, and the bill came to 25€. Appreciate the help!

I've got a BMAX too, and I had something similar happen last winter. Constant low washer fluid warning even though it was topped up. Does the error get stored in the error memory, too?
