BMW 3 Series Diesel Engine Stuttering and Performance Issues

I own a 2010 BMW 3 Series with a Diesel engine and 360,000 km on the clock. I've been experiencing several issues: the check engine light is on, the car jerks during acceleration, and it shakes while idling. Specifically, my BMW 325d E92 LCI with the N57 motor stutters when first starting. I've had some EGR-related issues that trigger the check engine light. Last summer, I replaced the fuel pump and cleaned the fuel line. Despite these efforts, the car stutters at normal revs, around 0.5, and the revs jump up and down. When driving, it sometimes doesn't respond at the start, not going beyond 1.3k revs until I jerk it to start working. However, after about 15 minutes of driving, everything seems fine with no jerking or rev stutters. What could be causing these initial performance issues, and how can I resolve them?

Start by checking the Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor. A faulty MAF sensor can cause rough idling and poor acceleration. Ensure it's clean and functioning properly. If cleaning doesn't help, consider replacing it. Let me know how it goes or if you have any further questions!

So MAF isnt the problem, we also removed the egr and coded it out (done by professionals) and the problem still consists. The problem could be the valve not closing?

Given the MAF and EGR are ruled out, Yes, the issue could be with the swirl flaps not closing properly, faulty glow plugs or control module, or an injector causing poor cold combustion. Also check the turbo actuator and crankcase valve. Run diagnostics focused on cold start data to pinpoint the cause. Let me know how it goes or if you have any further questions!
