Hello, I own a 2017 BMW 5 Series with a gasoline engine and 174,100 km mileage. I'm experiencing a loss of engine power when I accelerate heavily, and the check engine light comes on. The issue temporarily resolves when I restart the engine, but reoccurs with heavy acceleration. Cylinders 5, 6, and 7 have been deactivated, and misfires are indicated, even after replacing the spark plugs and ignition coils. Recently, after replacing the first and fifth spark plugs and coils, the check engine light no longer appears, but the power loss persists. What could be causing this issue, and how can I resolve it?

Check for any vacuum leaks in the intake system, as they can cause misfires and power loss. Inspect hoses and connections for any signs of wear or damage. If the issue persists, it might be worth checking the fuel injectors for clogging or malfunction. Let me know how it goes or if you have any further questions.
