BMW 5 Series Left Low Beam and HVAC Error Code Issues

Hello everyone, I'm experiencing a couple of issues with my 2004 BMW 5 Series. Firstly, I'm getting an error code 009CB6 related to the HVAC coil chopping. Does anyone know what this means and how to resolve it? Secondly, my left low beam is not working. I've already replaced the bulb, but the problem persists, and the car system still indicates an issue with the left low beam. Any advice on troubleshooting or fixing these problems would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Summary of the thread

A 2004 BMW 5 Series is experiencing two issues: an HVAC error code 009CB6 related to coil chopping and a non-functional left low beam despite bulb replacement. For the HVAC issue, further investigation into the specific error code is needed to determine the exact cause and solution. For the low beam problem, it is suggested to check the fuse and inspect the wiring and connections for damage or corrosion.

For the left low beam issue, since you've already replaced the bulb, check the fuse related to the low beam in the fuse box. A blown fuse could prevent the new bulb from working. If the fuse is intact, inspect the wiring and connections for any signs of damage or corrosion. Let me know how it goes or if you have any further questions!
