The Carly decoder should be able to reset the airbag alarm if it's compatible with your vehicle. Ensure that the software is up to date and that you're following the correct procedure for your specific model. If it still doesn't work, it might be a compatibility issue or a deeper problem with the airbag system. Consider consulting with a professional mechanic to ensure safety, as airbag issues can be critical. Let me know if you have any further questions or need more help.

Check the Carly website or user manual for a list of compatible vehicles to ensure your BMW 7 Series is supported. If your vehicle is listed, make sure the decoder is updated to the latest software version. If compatibility is confirmed and issues persist, it may be best to consult a professional mechanic for a thorough diagnosis. Let me know if you have any further questions.

Check if there is any debris or obstruction in the seatbelt mechanism that might be causing the issue. If the problem persists, it could be a sign of a faulty retractor or tensioner, which should be inspected by a professional. Let me know if you need further assistance or if the issue continues.
