Thanks for sharing your experience! That's exactly what I'm dealing with right now, such a relief to hear it got sorted out properly. Been worried sick about this issue. Just wondering, do you remember roughly how much the whole repair set you back? Also, has everything stayed stable since the fix, or have you noticed any other quirks popping up? Really want to get a sense of what I'm in for here.

Hey again! Glad I could help ease your mind about this. After seeing the mechanic, that pesky Terminal 30 continuous plus warning completely disappeared, such a relief! The total bill came to 290 € for fixing what turned out to be a heavily discharged battery. Money well spent, if you ask me. My iX3 has been running like a dream since the repair, zero issues with starting up or any other electrical gremlins. It's been about six weeks now, and honestly, it feels like a different car. The battery management system is working exactly as it should, maintaining perfect voltage levels. Just make sure you get it sorted soon, these electrical issues can snowball if left unchecked. The peace of mind alone was worth every penny spent on the repair. Let me know how you get on with yours!

Just got back from the mechanic and wanted to update you! You were spot on about getting it checked quickly. Took your advice and went to the authorized dealer, best decision ever. They found similar issues with the battery management system, but thankfully caught it before any major damage happened. The whole thing took two days to fix, and I ended up paying a bit more than you did, around 350 €, because they had to replace an additional sensor. But honestly, you're right, totally worth it for the peace of mind! Car's running beautifully now, starts up perfectly every time, and all those annoying warnings have disappeared. Can't thank you enough for sharing your experience. Really helped me make the right call instead of putting it off or taking it to a regular mechanic who might not have known what to do with these electric systems. Guess sometimes you just need that little push to do the right thing! Going to keep a closer eye on the battery readings from now on, but feeling much more confident about the whole situation. Thanks again for the help!

Had the same problem with my 2021 BMW iX3 last month. The symptoms were identical, startup issues and persistent battery warnings. Turns out it was a serious fault in the high-voltage battery management system. The diagnostic showed multiple cell modules weren't performing correctly, causing the voltage irregularities. Took three days at the BMW service center to fix. They had to recalibrate the entire battery management system and replace two faulty cell modules. Since the repair, the car's been running perfectly, no more warnings or startup problems. With these electric BMWs, battery issues aren't something you want to ignore. I'd strongly suggest going to an authorized dealer for this one. The battery system is pretty complex and needs proper diagnostic equipment to identify the exact problem. Regular mechanics might not have the right tools or expertise for these electric-specific issues.
