BMW Throttle Issues: Jerking and Hard Start Problems

The fact that you're not seeing any warning lights is also similar to my situation back then. After my accelerator pedal module fix, I actually had the issue return about 6 months later. But this time, it was a clogged EGR valve causing similar symptoms. Had to get that cleaned out too. These diesels can be a bit finicky with the EGR system. Since your car's at about 99K km, it might be worth having them check both the accelerator module and the EGR while they're at it. My mechanic explained that these issues often show up around this mileage. The EGR cleaning was actually cheaper than the module replacement, only cost about 150 Euro including labor.
