Yeah, the scan tool gave me a fault code, but I didn't write it down. I cleared it, thinking that would solve the problem, but it came back. Any idea what kind of incorrect coding would cause all these errors?

Clearing it was a brave move! My Renault did the same, codes kept returning. Honestly, incorrect coding can be a real pain to diagnose without the right software. With the symptoms and error being persistent, I'd play it safe and take it to a workshop. They'll have the proper tools to recode the module if that's the root cause. Hopefully, it's a quick fix!

Thanks for the advice! Took it to the shop, and you were spot on. The coding was messed up somehow. Cost me 360€, but at least it's fixed. Appreciate the help!

Whoa, that sounds familiar! I had a similar issue with my old Renault Megane, although that one had a petrol engine. Engine light, plus messages all over the place. Did the scan tool give you a specific fault code? Knowing that might help narrow things down.
