Bolt headlight washer failure
Summary of the thread
The headlight washer system on a 2017 Chevrolet Bolt was failing, and the windshield washer system was also non-functional. The fuses were checked and found to be fine, leading to speculation about a clogged headlight as a potential cause. However, the issue was identified as a faulty cable connection to the pump. After fixing the cable connection, the system was restored to working order.

Good call! I haven't actually listened for the pump. Where exactly is the relay located on the Bolt? Is it possible a small leak could cause the whole system to shut down like this?

Listen for the pump first. It's difficult to describe the exact position of the relay, but it is best if you get a wiring diagram online; that is what I did. I really doubt a small leak would kill the whole system. I would consider taking it to a workshop and getting it checked. Maybe a cable has come loose

You were spot on! After checking, it was a faulty cable connection to the pump, just like you suspected. Got it fixed for 165€ at the local garage, and everything's working again. Thanks a million for the help!

I had a similar issue with my Bolt, though I never considered the headlight itself. More likely it's a faulty cable connection. Check the pump and relay – that's where I'd start. Did you try to check if the pump even makes any noise when you try to spray?
