Boxer Central Locking Failure

I'm having a nightmare with my 2019 Peugeot Boxer diesel. The central locking has completely given up! None of the doors will lock or unlock, and the dashboard is throwing up an error. I've checked the fuses – seemed okay. Is it a dodgy car alarm? Could it be the locking mechanism itself?

The error memory indicates a defect in the cable or plug connection of the component. Have you checked the relevant wiring harness for any visible damage or loose connections?

Wiring harness? Where exactly would I find that? I'm not exactly a mechanic, more like a 'gets-me-from-A-to-B' kind of guy. Is that near the fuse box or the car locks themselves?

The cable or plug connection of the component is indeed defective. I recommend you have the repair carried out in a workshop.

Okay, thanks for the confirmation. Took it to a local place, and you were spot on – dodgy connection. 95€ later, it's all sorted!
