Boxer cruise control problem

My 2001 Peugeot Boxer with a gasoline engine has developed a cruise control problem. It no longer engages, and an error is stored in the error memory. I suspect a defective cable or plug connection. Has anyone experienced similar issues?

I had a similar issue with my Boxer, though I can't remember the exact year. Did you check the fuse box? That was the source of my headaches back then. Where is the error stored, engine ECU or somewhere else?

The error is stored in the engine ECU. Which fuse exactly did you check in the fuse box?

I can't recall the exact fuse number, sorry. It was something related to the cruise control circuit, though. Honestly, after messing with it for a while, I ended up taking it to a workshop. They sorted it out fairly quickly.
