Chip tuning... Yeah, a third-party provider did some work a while back. You think that's the culprit? What exactly happened with yours?

Yep, sounds like the same issue. The tuning probably messed with the engine management system. Like giving your car a brain freeze. I'd suggest taking it to a workshop to get it checked, they'll need to run a full diagnostic and probably re-flash the ECU.

Thanks a bunch! Took your advice and went to the shop. Turns out the chip tuning was indeed the problem. They re-flashed it, and it's running smooth again. Cost me 180€, but worth it! Cheers for the help!

Sounds familiar! I had something similar with my Boxer. Was it after you got any work done on the car computer, like chip tuning?
