Boxer Wiper Failure
Summary of the thread
A 2022 Peugeot Boxer with an electric engine experienced a complete windshield wiper failure, accompanied by an error message. The fuse was checked and found to be fine, leading to speculation about potential causes such as the wiper motor, steering column, or wiper switch. A suggestion was made to inspect the cable and plug connections to the wiper motor and switch, which ultimately revealed a defective connection as the issue. The problem was resolved by repairing the faulty connection.

I hadn't thought about the cable or plug connection specifically. What kind of connection problems did you have with your Clio? Was it visibly corroded or just loose?

Honestly, I didn't dig too deep myself. Just wasn't comfortable messing with it. My mechanic found a dodgy plug connection at the wiper motor. Might be worth getting yours checked – could save you a headache. Doesn't seem too complicated!

Thanks, that's what it was in the end! Took it to the workshop, and yup, defective cable or plug connection like you suggested! Repair cost was 95€. Appreciate the advice!

Sounds frustrating! Had a similar wiper issue with my old Renault Clio a few years back. Wipers completely dead, error code and all. Did you check the cable and plug connections to the wiper motor and switch?
