Yeah, fuel efficiency has taken a hit and there's a definite lag when I hit the gas. You think it's just a dirty throttle body or something more serious? What exactly did you have to do to fix yours?

While a contaminated throttle body could indeed contribute to such symptoms, based on the information provided, the underlying cause may reside within the accelerator pedal module itself, or possibly defective internal electronics. Given the potential complexity, I suggest consultation with a qualified technician to ensure accurate diagnosis and proper rectification of the issue at hand.

Thanks. Sounds like it's beyond my limited skills. Took it to the shop, and you were right – throttle sensor was the culprit, probably the electronics inside. Cost me 265€ to get it sorted. Appreciate the help!

Greetings. I, too, am an owner of a Fiat Bravo. It is quite possible that your vehicle is experiencing similar issues to what I once encountered. Has there been any degradation in your fuel efficiency alongside the engine power reduction? Perhaps a delay in throttle response? I would suggest inspecting the air intake system for any obstructions.
