Bravo siren communication fault
Summary of the thread
A 2012 Fiat Bravo owner is experiencing a 'siren communication fault' error, resulting in a non-functional alarm. The issue is suspected to be related to a cable or plug problem. Thanks! Yes, the alarm doesn't activate when I try to set it. The error code is about siren communication. Did you fix it yourself? What wiring issue did you find, or what steps did you take to reset the alarm?

Alright, so same symptoms then! Honestly, I didn't poke around too much myself, since car electrics can be tricky. I took mine to a workshop to be diagnosed. They confirmed it was indeed a faulty connection and charged me a fair price to fix it. If you're not super confident with wiring, maybe it's best to just get it checked out properly? Don't want to mess anything else up!

Understood. Sounds like I should get professional help. Thanks for confirming it's not uncommon. I've booked an appointment with a workshop and hope to have it fixed soon. Cost of the repair will be 95€.

Hey! I had a similar problem with my Bravo's alarm a while back. By 'siren communication fault', do you mean the alarm just doesn't go off when you try to set it, or are you getting any weird error messages on the dash? Could be a simple wiring issue, which is common, or the alarm module is failing.
