Brio multifunction steering wheel fault
Summary of the thread
A 2015 Honda Brio experienced a malfunction with its multifunction steering wheel controls, logging a fault in the error memory. The issue was suspected to be a cable problem within the steering wheel. A suggestion was made to check the wiring loom and connections in the steering column, as they can become loose or corroded. The problem was confirmed to be a defective cable connection inside the steering wheel, which was replaced, resolving the issue.

Interesting. You mean inside the steering wheel, or further down the steering column? Was the fix complex?

Further down the column, where the wiring harness connects. I would suggest that you take the car to a mechanic you trust. The diagnostic alone should be worth it. It is very likely that the problem is indeed the spiral cable assembly in the steering wheel.

Thanks for the help! I did as you suggested and took it to a workshop. As suspected, the cable connection inside the steering wheel was indeed defective and has been replaced for 95€. Everything works fine again!

I had a similar problem with my Brio. Steering wheel controls suddenly quit. Did you check the wiring loom that goes into the steering column? Sometimes those connections can get loose or corroded, interrupting the signal.
