BRV Oil Pressure Light and Engine Noise

I didn't see any leaks. I used 5W-30 as the manual recommends. Could it still be the oil pump, even with no leaks and the right oil?

Correct oil and no leaks, but the light stays on? It is likely an oil pump failure. Get it to a workshop, they can confirm with a pressure test.

Thanks for the advice. The workshop confirmed the oil pump was defective. The repair was 755€. It's a relief to have it fixed, even though it was expensive.

Oil pressure light plus mechanical noises doesn't sound good. Did you check for any oil leakage? What oil viscosity did you use for your oil change?
