C Klasse hybrid auxiliary battery issue

My 2015 Mercedes C Klasse hybrid is acting strange The dashboard shows an auxiliary battery malfunction error, and it's stored in the error memory Sometimes it struggles to start, and other electrical stuff seems off I suspect the battery isn't charging properly or there's a voltage drop Has anyone experienced this I'm worried about the repair cost

I have a C Klasse and saw a similar battery malfunction message It turned out to be low voltage on the auxiliary battery Did you check the voltage

I don't have the tools to check the voltage Can I easily check it myself, or do I need special equipment What did you do to fix the battery malfunction Did you have other electrical issues

I didn't check it myself I took it to a workshop They confirmed the auxiliary battery was faulty It's probably best to get it checked by a professional

Thanks I took it to a workshop, and you were right The auxiliary battery was bad, causing low voltage and errors It cost 290€ to replace, but it's fixed I appreciate you sharing your experience
