C Klasse Washer System Problem

My 2014 C Klasse hybrid has headlight washers that aren't working and now the windshield washers have stopped too Is it likely a leak somewhere Maybe a pump or relay issue Has anyone seen this before The xenon lights are fine so it must be the cleaning system

Regarding the headlight cleaning system issue in your Mercedes C Klasse I had a similar problem with my own C Klasse The windshield washer system failing at the same time suggests a single point of failure Did you check the fuses Also there could be a blockage in the washer fluid reservoir or tubing See if the pump is getting power

Thanks for the reply I checked the fuses first A blockage seems unlikely since they both failed at the same time How did you fix yours Was it the pump

My issue was a bad pump connection The cable connection was corroded causing it to fail A similar problem is possible But without a full diagnosis it's hard to know for sure I suggest getting help from a Mercedes-Benz technician

You were right The workshop confirmed it was the cable connection like you said It's fixed now for 165€ Thanks for the help
