C1 AC Problems

Help! My 2008 Citroen C1 diesel is blowing hot air! The AC just quit. Error's stored, no cooling, and the AC won't even switch on. Plus, there's a warning light taunting me. Could a defective AC control unit really cause all this?

Sounds familiar. I had a similar problem with my C1. Is the compressor kicking in at all? Any weird noises before it went kaput?

No strange noises, just sudden hot air. How similar was your problem? Did you also get the warning light?

Warning light and all. Pretty sure the AC control unit is toast. Get it checked out by a workshop.

You were spot on! Workshop confirmed it, faulty AC control unit. Cost me 980€, but at least I have cold air again. Thanks for the heads-up!
