C1 Error Memory Lock

I'm seriously pulling my hair out! I've got a 2005 Citroen C1, diesel engine, and recently it's been throwing a fit. The error memory lock is active, and all I'm getting is a message saying there's an error stored in the error memory. I've tried disconnecting the battery for a bit, hoping it would reset something, but no luck. Has anyone ever dealt with this kind of craziness before? I'm not a mechanic, so please keep it simple!

I had a similar problem with my C1. If I remember correctly, it had something to do with undervoltage. Have you checked the battery and alternator?

Undervoltage, huh? That's interesting! How did you figure that out? And what exactly did you do to fix it? I'm kinda clueless when it comes to electrical stuff. Did you have any other weird symptoms?

It was a while ago, but I think the fault codes pointed to undervoltage. I'd recommend taking it to a workshop to get a proper diagnosis.

Thanks for the help! I took it to the shop as you suggested, and you were right! It was indeed undervoltage. Cost me 240€ to get it sorted, but at least it's running smoothly again. Appreciate the advice!
