C1 Headlight Washer Failure
Summary of the thread
The headlight cleaning system and windshield washer on a 2017 gasoline C1 stopped working, suspected to be due to a defective cable connection to the pump or relay. The absence of noise from the pump indicated a likely electrical issue. A similar problem was resolved by repairing a defective cable connection, which was confirmed and fixed by a repair shop, restoring normal function.

Thanks. I cannot hear any noise from the pump, which makes me think the fault is electrical. Could you elaborate on your similar issue, and how you resolved it?

The pump wasn't making any noise in my case either. I ended up taking it to a workshop and they said a cable connection was defective. I'd suggest going to a workshop to avoid further electrical issues. Hope this helps!

Thanks for confirming the issue and pointing me in the right direction. As suspected, it was a defective cable connection that was affecting both the headlight cleaning system and the windshield washers. A repair shop has fixed it for 165€. The car now works as normal. Much appreciated!

I had a similar issue with my C1's headlight washers. Does the pump make any noise when you try to use the windshield washers? If not, it could very well be an electrical problem. If you do hear the pump, check the hoses for any visible leaks or blockages before tearing into any wiring.
