C1 Incorrect Vehicle Coding
Summary of the thread

No, the malfunction indicator light did not illuminate. Could you elaborate on the specifics of the issue you experienced with your C1, and how it was resolved?

Okay, mine was just like yours. I didn't see the light either. I'd say you're probably looking at a coding issue. To save time, you might want to bring it to a workshop to have a professional diagnostic scanner connected to the control module and reset the codes. Hope that helps!

I appreciate your advice. I took the vehicle to a local workshop, and, as you suggested, the issue was indeed related to incorrect vehicle coding. The control module was recoded, and the error messages have been cleared. The repair cost came to 360€. Thank you again for your help!

Sounds familiar. I've got a C1 too, and had similar warnings pop up a while back. Did the malfunction indicator light come on as well?
