C2 check engine water sensor

I had something similar on my C2. Wiggle the connector on the sensor itself. They get gunked up easily. Could be a simple electrical fault. Have you tried testing the sensor?

Where's the water sensor located, and how can I test it? Want to rule out simple fixes first.

Sensor's usually near the fuel filter. Honestly, my issue sounded like yours, and I just took it to a workshop. Cost me, but saved a lot of hassle. Might be worth it if you're not confident with electrics.

Thanks for the advice. Makes sense to see a technician. Repair was 95€, which is what I expected.
