C2 clutch switch issues

Sounds familiar. Had similar weirdness with my old Vauxhall Astra. Gear indicator went bonkers, cruise control packed it in. Was also clutch-related.

Could you elaborate on which part of the clutch system caused the issue on your Astra? Were the symptoms exactly the same, specifically the starting problem? Trying to see if I'm on the right track.

Pretty sure it was the clutch switch. Though I didn’t fix it myself. Took it to the shop. They sorted it quickly enough. Best take yours in too.
