C2 cruise control failure

Cruise control on my 2007 Citroen C2 diesel has stopped working. An error message is displayed, and the car's error memory registered the fault. Anyone else experienced this? I suspect a defective cable or plug connection.

Yeah, sure. Honestly, I'm not super technical myself, but from what I remember, it was a loose connector that was causing the issue. But to be safe, I'd recommend taking it to a workshop. They can diagnose the problem properly and get it fixed. It cost me around 100€.
