C2 electrical issues
Summary of the thread
The conversation revolves around electrical issues with a 2009 Citroen C2, including poor starting, system failures, flickering lights, and a weak battery. The initial suggestion is to check the battery voltage and alternator output, as a weak battery can cause such problems. It is also suggested that the voltage regulator might be a potential cause. The recommendation is to have the vehicle inspected by a professional if diagnosing the issue independently is challenging.
Did this summary help you solve your problem?

Thanks for the quick response! I haven't checked the alternator output, but I did notice the battery voltage seemed low. Could it be the voltage regulator?

It's possible, but in my case, the battery was heavily discharged and defective. If you're not comfortable diagnosing electrical problems, I'd recommend taking it to a workshop. It cost me about 290€ to fix the problem.

I had similar issues with my C2. It turned out to be an undervoltage problem. Have you checked your battery voltage and alternator output? A weak battery can cause all sorts of electrical gremlins.
