C2 Terminal 15 ignition problem

Hi, I have a 2009 Citroen C2, gasoline engine, with about 195000 km. I'm having an issue where the car won't start. The error memory shows 'Terminal 15 ignition positive interrupted'. Any ideas? Could this be a relay switch or something?

Hey, I had a similar issue with my C2 some time ago. The 'Terminal 15' thing sounds like a circuit break. Have you checked the battery terminals for corrosion or voltage drop? That was the cause of it for me.

Thanks for the info! Corrosion is a good point, I'll check that. When you say 'circuit break', do you mean like a literal broken wire somewhere?

Yeah, a broken wire or a faulty plug connection. But since the error message points to Terminal 15, it is probably the cable or plug connection. To be honest, I'd recommend getting it checked at a workshop. It cost me around 100€ back then.

Thanks a lot! I'll check the connections and maybe bring it to a workshop as you suggested. It turned out to be a defective plug that cost me 95€!
