C3 massage seat issue
Summary of the thread
A 2018 Citroen C3 diesel has a massage seat issue where the function won't activate, and an error is stored in the memory. The problem is suspected to be a bad or loose connection. Suggested solutions include checking the fuses related to the seat and using a Citroen-specific diagnostic tool for detailed error analysis. If these steps don't resolve the issue, a visit to the workshop may be necessary.

I didn't check the fuses, I will do that. Where can I find the fuse diagram? And does the error code provide further helpful information?

The fuse diagram should be in your owner's manual, or you can usually find it online with a quick search for '2018 Citroen C3 fuse diagram'. As for the error code, a generic OBD2 scanner might not give you enough detail. A Citroen-specific diagnostic tool would be ideal, otherwise it's off to the workshop for error analysis. Given your symptoms, and the potential for it being a simple loose connection, you're probably looking at around 95€ for the repair.

I'll check the fuses and the error code. If that doesn’t cut it, I'll plan a trip to the workshop. It was the plug connection of the component, causing the problem.

A massage seat in a C3, fancy! Sounds like it might be a loose connection, like when your phone charger only works if you hold it at a certain angle. Have you checked the fuses related to the seat? Sometimes it's the simplest thing. Also, does the error code give you any more specific details?
