C30 brake pedal feedback
Summary of the thread
A 2008 Volvo C30 owner is experiencing unusual feedback from the brake pedal and suspects a hydraulic brake malfunction. Another C30 owner suggests checking the brake rotors and considers the possibility of undervoltage affecting the brake calipers. Ultimately, the issue is resolved by visiting a workshop, confirming it was indeed a brake-related problem.
Did this summary help you solve your problem?

Rotors look okay at a glance, no crazy scoring or anything obvious. I was reading something about undervoltage causing weird brake issues...could that be related, maybe messing with the brake calipers?

Undervoltage...hmm, hadn't considered that. Honestly, my C30 ended up needing new brake shoes and a shop visit. Cost me about 240€. If the rotors look fine, and you're still getting weird feedback, I'd say bite the bullet and get it checked out professionally!

Thanks a bunch! Taking it to the workshop tomorrow. Turns out it WAS the brakes. Everything sorted now!

Whoa, that sounds familiar! I drive a C30 too, and I had something similar happen last year. Pedal feel was super weird, almost like it was fighting back. Did you check the brake rotors yet?
