C30 preheating lamp issue

Hi, I've got a 2007 Volvo C30 diesel with about 174,711 km on the clock. Recently the preheating lamp hasn't been switching off. I ran a scan and it's showing an error in the memory. From what I've read, it's likely a glow plug issue. Anyone else had similar problems?

Hey, I had something similar happen with my old Opel Astra. Engine light stayed on, felt like it was misfiring a bit. Turned out to be a faulty glow plug. Is your fuel efficiency still normal or did you notice a change?

Yeah, the Astra did idle a little rough sometimes, especially when cold. Honestly, with the error code and your symptoms, I'd bet on a glow plug. Best to get it checked out properly.
