C4 Electric HVAC Blower Failure
Summary of the thread
The HVAC blower in a 2020 Citroen C4 electric vehicle has failed, resulting in no air output and an error code. Initial checks confirmed that fuses and wiring were intact, with no unusual noises from the blower motor. The likely cause was identified as a blower motor failure. It was recommended to have a professional workshop diagnose and replace the blower motor, which was later confirmed and repaired at a cost of 365€.

Fuses are good. I can't hear anything unusual from the blower motor and connector looks fine. Was that the same on your C4? What did you do next?

Yes, the symptoms were identical on my vehicle. Given that you've already checked the fuses and wiring, and there are no unusual noises, it's highly probable that the blower motor itself has failed. I recommend taking it to a qualified workshop for diagnosis and replacement. They will have the necessary tools and expertise to accurately confirm the fault and carry out the repair.

I had a similar issue with my C4. Before you tear everything apart, have you checked the associated fuses and relays? Is there any unusual noise coming from the blower motor area, even a faint one?
