C4 Seat Massage Failure

Citroen C4 2008 gasoline engine, the driver's seat massage function stopped working. The switch lights up, error memory shows a fault. I suspect a defective cable or plug. Anyone seen this?

Sounds like a loose wire. Have you checked the fuses?

Fuses are good. Could a faulty relay be the problem, or is it more likely wiring inside the seat?

Could be a relay, but those seat switches are notorious for dodgy wiring. Best to get a workshop to take a look.

Workshop confirmed a broken wire within the seat. Repair was 95€.
