C4 Washer Fluid Issue

Help! My 2023 Citroen C4 diesel is throwing a fit. Washer fluid low light is on, but the windshield washer system is totally dead. Mileage is 143315 km. Checked the fluid – seems fine. What gives?

I had something similar happen on my C4. Same warning light and no spray. Did you get any error codes stored in the system?

Yeah, there's an error stored in the error memory. Does this mean I should just top up the fluid? Or is it something more serious?

For me, it ended up being a low fluid level even though it looked okay. But since you have an error code and the system isn't working at all, you might want to get it checked by a workshop. A simple refill probably won't fix it if there's a deeper issue. Cost me 25€, but it's better than guessing!
