C5 Massage Seat Failure

The massage function on my 2012 Citroen C5 gasoline isn't working. The seat switch doesn't activate it, and there's an error stored. I'm thinking it's a cable or plug issue. Any ideas before I dig in?

Massage seat problems are common in these. Has the car upholstery been checked? It may be a loose connection to the seat motor.

I'm no expert, but with those luxury features, it sounds electrical. A workshop visit is probably best. Shouldn't be a huge fix.

Thanks for the advice. Took it to a workshop, and it was a defective plug connection. Repair cost was 95€.
