C5 Smartphone Connection Problem

Sounds familiar! I had the exact same problem with my C5. Like trying to fit a square peg in a round hole, it just wouldn't connect! Is it only happening with your phone, or other devices too?

Good to know I'm not alone! It's only with my phone. Bluetooth connects fine with other devices. What did you do to fix it?

Yep, same here. Other stuff worked, just not the phone. Honestly, I fiddled for ages and got nowhere. In the end, I bit the bullet and took it to a workshop. They sorted it pretty quick. Could be worth a try. They only charged me 45€, worth it!

Appreciate the advice. I'll take it to a workshop and see what they say. They fixed it, and it was indeed an incorrect pairing with the end device, as suspected. Cost me 45€. Thanks again!
