C5 Transport Mode and Electrical Fault

Citroen C5 gurus, I've got a 2015 gasoline C5 with 248246 km. I'm getting a 'Transport mode active' message and electrical malfunction. The navigation system is dead. I've tried resets and battery disconnects. Any ideas before the dealership?

I had a similar issue with my C5. Check your vehicle settings; a glitch can reactivate transport mode. Have you tried a software refresh?

Where did you find the setting to disable transport mode? Is it in the diagnostic menu, or the infotainment system? Did you do the software refresh yourself, or was it a workshop job?

Mine was a software issue, but not easily fixed yourself. Have the dealer check the immobilizer and do a full diagnostic check at a workshop. It could save you headaches.

Thanks! I brought it to the shop. A module needed a reflash. All sorted, and everything's back to normal. Transport Mode was activated! No cost incurred.
