C6 Air Suspension Fault

I'm having trouble with the air suspension on my 2012 Citroen C6 with a gasoline engine, which has 127964 km on the clock. It won't raise, leans to one side, throws an error code and warning on the speedometer, and the low beams are misaligned with another speedometer warning. I suspect a bad cable or plug. Anyone seen this before?

I have a C6 too, and that sounds really familiar. I had almost the same issues a few years ago – leaning, warning lights, the works. I think the error memory mentioned the suspension compressor. Did you check the air struts for leaks or damage? Might be worth a look before you get too deep into the electrics.

Thanks. Do you remember the specific error codes you got? Also, did you find any specific electrical connection failures, or was it more general?

I don't remember the exact codes, but it pointed to the compressor and load leveling. I thought it was a leak, but couldn't see anything. I'd still suggest a workshop visit. They found a corroded connector at the compressor. They cleaned it and used dielectric grease, which fixed it, but they said it might be temporary. A corroded connector could be your problem.

Thanks a lot for the help. I took it to a technician, and they found a bad connection in the air suspension compressor circuit, like you thought. Replacing the connector fixed it, and it cost 95€. Your advice was spot on.
