C6 Auxiliary Heater Problems

Hey there! Auxiliary heater probs are the WORST, aren't they? I had something similar happen in my old beater. Does it smell kinda sweet inside the car? Might be a coolant leak messing with your heat control. Or maybe the blower motor is shot? Have you checked the heater core?

The heater core could be blocked, making the system freak out and throw errors. Really though, with all that, I'd say bite the bullet and take it to a workshop. They can run a proper diagnostic. Save yourself the headache!

I appreciate the advice. Indeed, after a diagnostic at the workshop, the issue was confirmed to be a defective glow plug in the auxiliary heater, repair cost 440€ Thank you for your input.
