C6 Ignition Fault

Hey, I've got a C6 too, though a slightly different year. Had similar issues a while back. Did you check the basics, like battery connections and the starter motor relay? Is the key turning smoothly in the ignition?

Battery connections seem solid, and the starter relay appears fine. Key turns okay, no resistance. But is the ignition switch itself a known weak point on these?

Yep, the ignition switch can be problematic. Mine ended up being the culprit. Honestly, tracing electrical gremlins is a pain. I'd advise getting it checked by a workshop with decent diagnostic tools. Could save you a lot of time and frustration.
