C6 Oil Level Sensor Error

Sounds familiar. I had a similar thing with my old Renault Megane, though it was the coolant level. Is the wiring looking brittle or corroded around the sensor?

Corroded, potentially. Did you ever have the oil pressure light come on?

Nah, mine was just the warning light and a code. But if the oil pressure light's flickering too, better get it checked ASAP. It could be more than just the sensor. Workshop time maybe?

Turned out to be a dodgy connection, just like you said. New plug and wiring, 95€. All sorted.
