C6 Transport Mode Active

Transport mode is common on new vehicles. Is this a new purchase? Have you tried a diagnostic check for error codes, specifically related to the immobilizer? Also, check the key fob battery.

You'll need a diagnostic tool for that. Given it's a new vehicle, and the symptoms, it's almost certainly still in transport mode. A workshop can deactivate it.
